On October 15, 2025, our CEO Christian Höll and our Head of Sales Lorenz Schwinghammer were invited to give a guest lecture to the business students at the private university Schloss Seeburg on the beautiful Wallersee. Here is a short report on our guest lecture.
In just one hour, the two presenters provided first-year students with an informative overview of Realitiq’s company history and thoroughly demonstrated the features of our platform, both through a presentation and a live on-screen demo. Along with the students present on-site, including their lecturer, students from other campuses in Vienna also joined via video call and participated in the subsequent Q&A session.
This Q&A session was a resounding success and was thoroughly utilized by the students, who posed detailed and highly interesting questions to our team. In addition to highlighting current features, such as our artificial intelligence and 3D editor, the presentation also offered a preview of upcoming innovations and updates, which were followed with great interest. As a startup and proptech company, involving young people in vocational training and university studies is always important to us. This allows us to gain fresh feedback on our application and new ideas for software development from a unique perspective. We hope that among the many interested students, there were some who, as future property developers or real estate agents, will benefit from the numerous software advantages we offer for modern real estate marketing.
