Frequently Asked Questions
Is REALITIQ for individuals, teams, branches, or the entire company?
REALITIQ is suitable for everyone: individuals, teams, branches, and entire companies. We support small and large projects with suitable modules and pricing packages – from a few units to several hundred.
How long does it take until the project is fully visualized?
The duration depends on the project size and the modules selected. Smaller projects are usually completed within a few days. For larger projects, we generally plan for 1–2 weeks. We will discuss the exact process with you.
What data is needed to implement a project?
We are generally very flexible regarding the data. You can simply send us the files your architectural firm has prepared for the project, such as IFC, DWG, or DXF files from the planning documents. It doesn’t matter whether all the data is in one file (as is often the case with IFC models) or whether each unit is a separate file.
However, we guarantee the fastest turnaround with three-dimensional data (IFC) – as we generally have more information available about the appearance of the units in this format.
If you would also like a visualization of your optional furnishing catalog, we need a list of the optional extras including dimensions, prices, and at least one image per item.
Can I get a software demo?
Yes. Contact us for a free demo. We’ll present REALITIQ live and discuss your requirements and use cases.
Are the full project costs payable in advance?
No. We split the payment into installments. A down payment at the start of the project is typical, followed by further payments after agreed milestones. We’ll discuss the details individually.
How do I get my data?
You will receive your digital twins and visualizations via the REALITIQ platform and, if applicable, via download. Delivery will take place via our access point or your defined exports.
What happens when the one-year access to the software expires?
After your subscription expires, you can optionally extend it. Your data will remain saved. We will contact you well in advance of the expiration date to discuss possible extensions or follow-up offers.
How can I integrate REALITIQ into my marketing?
REALITIQ delivers digital twins and visualizations for your website, brochures, flyers, and social media. With Flatfinder and CRM integration, you can directly connect prospects and sales processes to your project.
Is there also a performance-based payment model?
No, we don’t work on a commission basis. The costs for implementing your project are payable regardless of your sales success. However, we do offer individually agreed-upon installments based on agreed-upon milestones in the project’s implementation.
