The Advent season is beginning, and we’re ready to launch new features once again! With our PriceHubble function and our AR furniture placement feature, we have two particularly big surprises waiting for you under the tree, but many other smaller features are also guaranteed to put you in a festive and happy mood!
In general, we’ve further improved the performance of your models; the quality now automatically adjusts to your device.
Your 3D model now features a new animation when loading data – here you can see at a glance what’s happening.
There are now skirting boards for the rooms! These automatically adapt to your chosen floor texture. This allows your prospective buyers to plan the space for furnishings more precisely, and the 3D model looks even more realistic overall.
Für Küchen gibt es nun einzelne Module, aus denen man sich die Wunschküche je nach Platz zusammensetzen kann. Zunächst sind alle Module in den Farben Creme & Schwarz möglich, wir planen allerdings, diese in Zukunft noch individueller konfigurieren zu können – sowohl was die Frontfarbe, als auch die Arbeitsplatte betrifft.
The new outdoor floor textures allow for even more specific selection of patio slabs, tailored to the wishes of potential customers and the existing conditions. Initial textures for lawns, flower gardens, and pathways are also already available – the first step towards garden design with Realitiq.
Finally, our PriceHubble integration is here. With it, you can not only check the current market value of your property (including a comprehensive property valuation), but also have access to extensive data on the property’s location and infrastructure, which is then available in the digital property brochure.
To make it easier to track which addresses you have already used Shadowmaps’ outdoor sunlight visualization for, address queries can now be traced in a separate history.
Our image editor, Photo Beautification, has also been enhanced with numerous new features:
You can now rotate images and straighten them using a ruler and a line drawn within the image.
You can add text to the image to highlight key features of the property.
…and most importantly: You can now also transform images perspectively to correct converging lines. This ensures you always get a straight image of every room.
The biggest new feature is our AR mode. With it, you can digitally place furniture from our library in the room. We also offer prefabricated houses for viewing on undeveloped plots of land.
This is our first step towards a fully-fledged AR furniture scan, where prospective buyers can insert their own furniture into the property they are viewing.
360° panoramas can now be created offline. We’ve also redesigned the user interface for you, both for 360° panoramas and for scanning.
What better way to end the year than with one last update? That’s exactly why we really stepped up our efforts in December and are now ready to present it. With a special focus on the 3D editor, our central element for real estate marketing, but also with a few other minor improvements, we’re wrapping up the year on a high note.
