Every roof slope and every roof is different, and we’ll learn that too. With the new, expanded roof options, there are even more possibilities for drawing your roof.
Flat roofs, in particular, offer expanded possibilities for drawing roof slopes and attics in houses.
Wheelchair turning circles can now be drawn into the 2D floor plan. This enables targeted planning of renovations and furnishings – both for you and for your prospective buyers via the property listing link.
For multi-story models, there are now expanded export options for both 2D and 3D views. Especially useful: our new screenshot tool. Move the digital twin in the preview and take a snapshot to generate multiple views at once.
If you only want to make minor adjustments, such as changing a piece of furniture or removing something distracting (e.g., cables, decorations, etc.), AI Magic Mode is the perfect choice for you! Edit individual areas of your real estate photos instantly.
With Magic Edit, you can also modify details of your rendered images after the fact.
To complement the new Magic Edit mode, our regular AI renderings have also received a glow-up. With this new, clean look, which is gradually being rolled out across our entire Connect platform, we’re improving the usability of the individual selection options.
…then we’ll also bring Paper2Pixel into the app to create a digital twin from your floor plan photos, even on mobile devices.
The highlight of our monthly update: The first version of our furniture configurator is live! We also updated our document sharing feature, and of course, we were busy attending several events – you can read the recaps in separate posts.
