Our July update brings many new and useful features to the 3D model editor, our Connect platform, and the App.
The transparency of the walls can now be set manually. This allows you to determine how your 3D model will look later.
Walls can have a different texture on one side than on the other.
Roof slopes can now be adjusted to the desired angle using handles on the wall.
The exact square footage for each room can now be manually overwritten. This is useful if the exact room dimensions are known and the LiDAR scan shows a discrepancy.
The finished 3D model, the rotation, and the placement of the equipment now load significantly faster.
Multiple units can have an overarching project – perfect for new construction.
The dashboard now boasts a new design and includes a global search function for easier usability.
The changed list view of the properties makes them easier to find and display more clearly.
Improved rendering detail: Doors and windows are detected more accurately, enhancing the quality of all modes.
A completely new “Good Weather” mode has been available since this month – both in Connect and in the app.
Manual image editing is now possible in Connect!
The first version of our photo enhancement feature allows you to adjust brightness, contrast, sharpness, and saturation, as well as mirror photos and crop them to specific formats.
Our first version will be expanded with more customization options and features in the coming weeks and months, so stay tuned!
Our app dashboard has been completely redesigned: you can now see at a glance the last objects you have worked on, as well as the content for a selected object (photos, 3D models & 360° images).
In addition, there is a new context menu to better manage images & floor plans (naming, selecting thumbnail image, sharing & deleting).
The new “add” button in the 360° panorama list allows you to take multiple panoramas of the same object.
While others are enjoying the summer heat on the beach, our development team is once again working wonders and delivering real added value with new features. Let’s take a look at the many new features you can use right now.
The highlight of our monthly update: The first version of our furniture configurator is live! We also updated our document sharing feature, and of course, we were busy attending several events – you can read the recaps in separate posts.
May flew by so quickly! No worries, we still have some exciting software news for this month. Besides the big highlight, the Magic Edit mode for Connect, there are also some updates from our editor. Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait until next month for new app features.
