Attic apartments are getting a worthwhile update:
- From now on, sloping ceilings, skylights, and dormers will be displayed even more realistically
- Both in helicopter view and first-person view
- Naturally compatible with our sunlight simulation

- The controls for the digital tour through the 3D model are now even more intuitive.
- Furthermore, the 3D model includes a complete tutorial covering all its features.

As a special highlight, realistic AI renderings can be created and downloaded directly from the 3D model at the touch of a button.
IFC data & more
for your 3D model
- IFC files can now be imported into the software and converted into a 3D model.
- There are numerous new furniture options for living rooms, kitchens, and bedrooms.
- Small decorative elements such as potted plants and breakfast trays are also included.

New settings, filters & watermarks
- Your options grow every month. New settings and filters provide even more possibilities for image editing.
- In addition, you can also add your logo as a watermark to the image.
New map view
All properties by location
- Searching for a specific property is now possible not only via list view and filters, but also via an interactive map view.
- This allows you to see the location of your current properties marked as pins at a glance.

We’ve further improved our LiDAR scan. From now on, you’ll receive helpful instructions to perfect your scanning process. Errors are also detected immediately and handled more effectively.
