Our Updates in April

Multifloor & Magic in the New Month

April did what it wanted – and we, too, dedicated ourselves this month to creative new solutions that we’d like to present to you! The highlight among them: Our digital twins can now depict multiple floors! This makes it ideal for representing houses, as well as penthouses and maisonette apartments – but multi-story commercial properties are also now possible. Read about our new features from Editor, Connect & App, summarized for you as always.

New in the editor
Multifloor including stairwells

Multiple floors
Expand upwards or downwards

Once the first floor is created, its layout can be copied to the floor above or below. Our AI-powered Paper2Pixel feature is also available for additional floors. A particularly useful feature: In 2D mode, you can still see the layout of the floors below, as well as the position of the staircase.

Floor openings
suitable for every staircase

Floor openings for stairs can be drawn flexibly as freeform shapes. Simply place the stairs on the floor below, then move to the floor above and draw the opening. Alternatively, you can use Paper2Pixel to trace the second floor plan to ensure that the stairwell opening exactly matches the actual dimensions.

User & Analytics Dashboards 2.0 nearly done

User Dashboard 2.0
User statistics of your prospects

The front end of our user dashboard is complete; only a few minor adjustments remain in the back end before the widgets can go live. Our user dashboard allows you to analyze your users’ behavior—both as a general overview and at the project level or the level of individual properties.

Key metrics such as new visitors, visitor origin, dwell time, and even furnishing preferences provide comprehensive information that is helpful for both internal evaluation of new construction projects and for providing better advice to your clients.

Analytics Dashboard 2.0
Team statistics on usage

How does your team actually use REALITIQ? The new Analytics Dashboard, which is currently in its final stages, will soon provide this information. Here you can see how often our modules are used in your company and also how many credits and storage space have already been used.

AI Magic Edit Mode & new Image Rendering Modes

KI Magic Edit Mode
for image generation

With AI Magic Edit Mode, our AI renderings can be edited after the fact to remove, add, or replace objects in the image. It’s also possible to use this mode with real-world images for quick editing. Individual areas can be quickly selected with a brush, and the AI can be instructed on what to do via text prompts or voice commands.

Overall, AI Magic Edit Mode offers greater flexibility in editing presentation images, especially when specific requirements exist in a virtual staging environment.

All image rendering modes
now in the app

All our image rendering modes are now also available via the app – the modes already available in Connect, “Complete construction”, “Clean room” and “Empty room”, have been added accordingly.
