For the first time, we at Realitiq had the pleasure of exhibiting at the Stuttgart Real Estate Fair on the weekend of November 15th and 16th, 2025, and presenting our product portfolio. Read all about our trade fair experience in this blog post.
Our CEO, Christian Höll, and Head of Sales, Lorenz Schwinghammer, were present at the Stuttgart Real Estate Fair on both Saturday, November 15th, and Sunday, November 16th, from 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM each day. They were delighted by the lively atmosphere at their booth and the interest and expertise of the audience. Thanks to free admission, the Stuttgart Real Estate Fair was very well attended on both days.
The autumnal weather drew numerous visitors to the state-of-the-art, ideally suited venue, “LOOK 21.” They were not only treated to refreshments and entertainment, but also offered comprehensive insights into the real estate industry, including its latest innovations and opportunities, by the numerous exhibitors. Regular and consistently well-attended presentations provided informative input for all attendees.
We too were able to convince visitors and fellow exhibitors alike with detailed customer discussions and live software demos at our booth, including the real estate agent team from Wohnraum Immobilien in Stuttgart.
The countless conversations with visitors and co-exhibitors once again demonstrated how many different industries can benefit from our software. From real estate agents and developers, whose marketing can be visually designed with our editor even before the project starts, to interior design studios and tradespeople, Realitiq can deliver profitable features. And this has a distinct international dimension: Selling real estate abroad, as our colleagues at Aslan Invest are doing in Turkey, can also greatly benefit from our sales toolset. Just imagine that prospective buyers from Germany don’t have to fly to Turkey to fully view a property. Instead, thanks to a high-quality 3D model from our software, including sunlight simulation, virtual home staging, 360° tours, videos, and much more, they get such a comprehensive impression of the property that they are ready to buy immediately.
The feedback from a prefabricated home manufacturer also left a particularly lasting impression on us. They suggested it would be interesting to use our new, soon-to-be-available AR function to virtually place the entire house on a building plot, allowing potential buyers to see how the building would look on their property. We found this idea so compelling that we immediately included it in our software roadmap.
We at Realitiq were able to contribute to the success of the trade fair and clearly present our features and services for property developers, real estate agents, and other professionals, as well as planned innovations such as our AR furniture scan, the new video editor, and our comprehensive configurator. In this context, the editor and the possibilities offered by the use of AI for presentation and marketing were particularly impressive.
