Our new AI-powered nice weather mode

Do you know that feeling when you really should be out photographing your new property, but the weather just isn’t cooperating? Thanks to our new AI mode, that’s no longer a problem! Read this blog post to find out how you can quickly turn dark, wet, and cold weather into perfectly sunny shots.

Schönes Wetter im Winter mit KI in Bildern

Rain, fog, or evening
Be completely weather-independent

Thanks to our artificial intelligence, you can take photos of a property on any day, or even commission external photographers. Afterward, you can simply render the resulting images using our “fair weather” mode and still get beautiful shots in bright sunshine. Cloudy skies and even rain are no longer a problem. Our AI also easily compensates for the early dusk in the winter months.

For perfect shots, however, we still recommend turning on all the lights in the rooms, even in bright sunshine.

Perfect for any weather
That’s what our nice weather mode does

Icon bewölkter Himmel

Cloudy sky

Automatically converted to blue sky with sunshine, regardless of whether there is a thick cloud cover or only a few large clouds.

Icon Dämmerung

Early twilight

Especially important for winter photography: Our AI turns back time and brightens the sky.

Icon Regen

Rain

The raindrops outside are simply magically removed, just like on the windows, as best as possible.

Icon Nebel

Haze & Fog

Our AI ensures clear visibility here. However, if the fog is too thick, the rendering of distant buildings may not be entirely accurate.

Mit Realitiq-KI Bildern schönes Wetter geben und Immobilie neu möblieren

Double the power
Combinations with other modes

Do you have photos of an empty property in bad weather? That’s no problem for our AI either; you just need to render twice. First, use the fair-weather mode to ensure clear sunshine, then simply use our “furnish empty room” mode. This principle also works with already furnished rooms using the “refurnish” mode. However, we recommend always using the fair-weather mode first before furnishing. After all, you might not like the AI-generated furnishings and want to render again.

Next stop: Season
Go with the seasons

Some properties take longer to market. It’s then disadvantageous if the listing still contains photos from a particular season when the weather has long since changed. Classic examples are snowy winter pictures still visible in spring, or warm summer weather when the colorful autumn leaves have already fallen. If potential buyers notice this, it could lead to the price being driven down further, or even a complete loss of interest, because “there might be something wrong with the property.” But don’t worry, we have a solution for you too, allowing you to quickly obtain suitable new seasonal photos without having to photograph the entire property again yourself.

For each mode, there is now a free text field where you can enter your preferences. For example, in the “fair weather” mode, you can write “change the summer weather outside to autumn,” or “remove the snow outside and make it spring weather in all the windows,” or simply “change the season of the window views to XY.”

This way you can get through all seasons with just one photo shoot.

A true game-changer for a familiar problem
Our nice weather mode

With our nice weather mode, real estate agents of existing properties finally gain flexibility in scheduling photo shoots. You can forget about checking the weather app, as AI ensures that even photos taken in bad weather will ultimately result in perfect images for your property listings or brochures.
