New year – new goals

Our plans for 2026 are guaranteed to impress you!

2026 marks the start of a new year for our software, packed with new functions and features that are sure to delight you as a real estate agent, developer, interior designer, or tradesperson. What can you look forward to? We’ve summarized it all for you here.

Everything gathered in one link
Digital property listing & property configurator

Our digital property brochure is already being filled with numerous features and visualizations. It will be fully available to everyone by 2026! This includes the digital twin as its central element, as well as property data, photos, videos, 360° tours, sunlight visualization, documents, and much more. This allows your prospective buyers to see everything about the property and get a complete picture before a viewing. In the configurator version for developers, prospective buyers will also be able to select their desired features for the property, visualize them directly in the 3D model, and see the associated additional costs.

Gesamter Konfigurator von Realitiq

We’re going B2C
With prospect login, our own app, furniture scanning & more

In 2026, we’ll finally be implementing what we’ve planned for Realitiq in the long term: our B2C expansion. Your prospects will then have their own REALITIQ app. The existing REALITIQ app you’re currently using will become the REALITIQ Business App – new name, same quality.

At the same time, your prospects will also receive their own login in Connect. And all of this offers you, as a real estate agent or developer, numerous advantages: Prospects can configure your property entirely according to their own preferences. This includes, for example, changing floor and wall textures, placing furnishings, and much more. Thanks to the login, the configuration is saved for each individual prospect without overwriting your original 3D model. Essentially, we’re opening up every model to your prospects for their personal planning needs.

Also we are further developing our AR functionality. This allows prospective buyers to scan their own furniture and save it as AI-generated objects in their login. The app or the browser-based Connect login thus serves as a digital wallet for prospective buyers’ furniture. These scanned pieces can then be integrated into the actual property using augmented reality during viewings, or even displayed as 3D objects in the property’s digital twin.

Thanks to our B2C app and the prospective buyer login, your prospective buyers can customize the properties you offer to their individual preferences.

New app?
Not just B2C, but also Android

Another new app release in 2026 will delight Android smartphone users. The REALITIQ App (both Business and B2C) will also be available for Android.

While this app won’t offer real estate scanning capabilities—since no Android device is equipped with a LiDAR sensor—it will otherwise be functionally identical. So, those who don’t currently own an iPhone Pro won’t be able to create 3D models with their Android devices, but they will still be able to use all the other valuable Realitiq features.

No property scan?
Then opt for Paper2Pixel

Our Paper2Pixel feature is another way to get a 3D model of your property, and it’s also available to users without an iPhone Pro. Simply upload a photo of a floor plan or a PDF file, and the AI will automatically create a digital twin based on it.

The first version of our Paper2Pixel feature will be available soon. In the new year, we’ll be focusing on further refining the AI’s ability to recognize all types of floor plans and translate them into 3D models. Just as you need some expertise to correctly interpret a plan, our artificial intelligence also needs to be trained with more background knowledge to ensure that every floor plan is translated smoothly. We always welcome test data for this purpose.

Artificial Intelligence
In our image renderings & more

Speaking of AI: Our AI renderings will also be further developed in 2026! There will be at least two new modes: Firstly, “Empty Furnished Room,” which is quite self-explanatory, and secondly, the Shell Construction Mode. With Shell Construction Mode, developers can take photos of the construction site, which the AI will then automatically render into fully finished rooms with plaster and flooring or tiling. Existing properties undergoing complete renovation can also benefit from this mode.

For all users who want to edit their renderings afterward, we also have good news: With the new Magic Mode, adding, adjusting, and removing content will be child’s play. Simply select the image area with the brush, choose the appropriate tool, and write a short text prompt describing what you want to add or change.

Another step we’re taking with our artificial intelligence is moving images…

Multimedia AI & more
Video upgrade in 2026

Whether it’s a video tour of your property for your website and digital listing, or a short reel for social media: In the new year, we’re diving headfirst into video with full enthusiasm.

The highlight will be our new AI-powered Image2Video. This will allow you to create a complete video from up to five consecutive images, letting you move through the rooms. Later this year, we’ll be adding more modes, such as switching between day and night modes or setting up the camera angle step by step. But even the first version of our Image2Video will be a real highlight for anyone who wants to market their property with video without the hassle of filming videos themselves. Especially with occupied properties, the time pressure of taking photos is a familiar problem. Since Image2Video can also be used with already rendered property images, new builds and older properties alike will benefit from this quick and easy way to create videos.

Anyone who uses self-made video clips of the property or generally wants to cut and edit multiple video clips will certainly be happy with our video editor, which will offer a wealth of functions – initially via the app on the smartphone, and later also via our Connect on the PC.

Integrations and administration are also covered
Integrations with CRMs & more

Our entire application is designed not only to offer impressive features that will win you over, but also to integrate seamlessly with your other applications. That’s why real estate CRMs are a key focus for us in the new year. With potential integrations to all popular real estate CRMs (such as Justimmo, OnOffice, Edi Real, Immonow, Flowfact, etc.), we ensure that you only need to enter your property data once centrally in your CRM, and it will be automatically transferred to us. Furthermore, inquiries from our property configurator/digital brochure will automatically land in your CRM, and image renderings created in Realitiq will also be transferred. To offer truly complete freedom in data integration without any media breaks, we are also aiming for integration with Zapier & Make by mid/late 2026, allowing you to build your connections entirely according to your own needs.

Another major focus will be the administration of your Realitiq account. In the future, you’ll be able to independently configure settings for colors and logos for our white-label solution, as well as settings for the right of withdrawal (compliant with the Distance Selling Act and the Consumer Rights Act), custom pop-ups for your prospects, and the text in your cookie banner. You’ll also have the option to integrate Google Analytics and other external tracking tools.

Finally, as a highlight for 2026, you can also look forward to a comprehensive helpdesk with video tutorials and more.

Stay tuned!
2026 has a lot to offer

As always, we have ambitious plans for feature enhancements that will benefit you, whether you’re a real estate agent, developer, interior designer, or tradesperson – and especially your potential clients with our move to B2C.

It’s always particularly important to us that we not only introduce exciting new features, but also continuously improve existing ones – which is why we’re always open to feedback of any kind. Ultimately, we’re confident that our blend of new and familiar features will consistently bring a smile to our customers’ faces.

Those who aren’t yet on board with us can also look forward to numerous events. We’ll soon be announcing which trade fairs and other events we’ll be attending in the first half of 2026. So, we’ll end this year with our usual: Stay tuned!
