Frequently Asked Questions
When will the monthly subscription be available?
We are currently working intensively to make our platform ready for a subscription solution. This, including a 14-day free trial, will likely be available to you towards the end of Q3.
Is REALITIQ for individuals, teams, branches, or the entire company?
REALITIQ is suitable for everyone: individuals, teams, branches, and entire companies. Each user can freely choose the appropriate license – for example, some users on your team can use only the Basic version, while others use the full Professional version.
Can a subscription be cancelled monthly?
Yes, after 12 months the subscription can be cancelled monthly.
Can I get a software demo?
Yes. Contact us for a free demo. We’ll present REALITIQ live and discuss your requirements and use cases.
How is the accounting done?
This depends on whether you have opted for monthly or annual payments. In any case, your invoices will be available for retrieval in your account and will also be sent via email to your specified user email address through our partner DigiStore24.
Can I, as a property developer, also use the subscription model?
Yes, if you want to visualize your projects yourself (e.g. with our AI-Paper2Pixel), our subscription solution is of course also available to you.
As a real estate agent, can I also visualize individual projects?
Of course! If it’s a project with multiple units, the prices for real estate projects apply. If you only need a digital twin for a single property (e.g., a detached house, a semi-detached house, an apartment), you can also use our floor plan service for €15 per floor plan. If you already have a subscription, you can order both services through your login.
What happens if I don’t use up my monthly credits, for example for image renderings?
Monthly credits cannot be carried over to the next month – the credits for the following month will be available to you. However, if you book an additional one-off credits package that exceeds your monthly credits, it will remain active beyond the end of the month until you have used it all up.
What happens after the 14-day trial period?
After the 14-day trial period, you will be prompted to subscribe within our application. You will also receive email reminders. Without a valid subscription, all features in our software will be disabled until further notice. If you do not wish to subscribe, you can simply ignore the reminders – your account will then be deleted within 3 months, but your user data will be stored with us until further notice.
