Thanks to its intuitive augmented reality function, every prospective buyer can transform their personal furnishings into a virtual 3D object that can be virtually placed in a real room or in our digital twin of the property.

From image to 3D model

To configure a piece of furniture into a virtual AR model, or a 3D object for our digital twin, only two things are needed: an image of it and a measurement (height, length, or width). Using this image as a basis, the artificial intelligence then automatically scales the object and displays it in detail from all angles, even those not visible in the image. Furthermore, based on the available measurement and the proportions from the image, the exact remaining dimensions of the piece of furniture are calculated.

Once you’ve digitized the object, you can easily place it in the real room using our app thanks to augmented reality. This feature is perfect for on-site viewings, allowing you to see whether the piece of furniture will fit in the property.

Your scanned object isn’t just useful in the physical space: it’s also converted into a 3D model that can be placed in the digital twin of the property. This allows you to take the time after a viewing to furnish the property according to your preferences.

As a real estate agent or developer, let your prospective buyers create their own personalized digital listings – with a dedicated login and our smart furniture scanning feature, personalizing the space in the 3D model or our AI renderings is quick and easy.

By allowing potential buyers to import their furniture and furnishings into a digital twin, there’s a good chance they’ll feel even more at home in the property and thus be more likely to make a purchase. The interactive configuration is entirely up to the prospective buyer (or even the interior designer). Once the digital twin is released, your prospective buyer receives a digital copy of your model and can freely modify it without affecting your version. Simply send your prospective buyers an invitation to register on our application and then release the model for interior design customization.

As your prospective buyers edit the models themselves, all current trends in interior design and related topics are automatically collected.

These very questions about visual interior design planning are now answered visually on-site. Prospective customers simply bring their AI-scanned 3D objects digitally to the viewing via the Furniture Wallet. This allows them to integrate these objects live into the viewing using AR and immediately see if they will fit. Alternatively, our furniture library, featuring insertable AR furniture, and even prefabricated houses for building plots are also available via this function.

Personal planning

Prospective buyers can use their own furniture in the digital twin to begin interior design planning even during the initial sales process. They can then take this partially furnished digital twin, complete with their own furniture, to interior designers for final touches. Alternatively, they can easily import any furniture from e-commerce manufacturers into the digital twin by simply taking a photo and converting it to a 3D object. In short: Prospective buyers have complete freedom in their planning!

For the first time, 3D objects no longer need to be drawn manually – they can be created automatically by AI. This accelerates the benefits for both interior designers and potential clients. All that’s needed is an image of the desired object; the AI takes care of the rest.
