Data monitoring, trends & chatbot
All interactions, including clicks/views, dwell time, property data, and trends (personal preferences, furniture, colors, etc.) in the 3D model, 360° tour, and video walkthrough are analyzed, processed, and made available. Thanks to the option of a prospective buyer login, this data can also be traced back to individual buyers. The monitoring dashboard can, of course, display aggregated data from multiple properties to identify interior design trends specific to different target groups and further refine the virtual staging.
Our configuration also includes a chatbot that answers all property-related questions during virtual viewings of the 3D model and 360° tour, and beyond, or forwards them to you as the real estate agent if necessary.
