Thanks to its intuitive augmented reality function, every prospective buyer can transform their personal furnishings into a virtual 3D object that can be virtually placed in a real room or in our digital twin of the property.
To configure a piece of furniture into a virtual AR model, or a 3D object for our digital twin, only two things are needed: an image of it and a measurement (height, length, or width). Using this image as a basis, the artificial intelligence then automatically scales the object and displays it in detail from all angles, even those not visible in the image. Furthermore, based on the available measurement and the proportions from the image, the exact remaining dimensions of the piece of furniture are calculated.
Once you’ve digitized the object, you can easily place it in the real room using our app thanks to augmented reality. This feature is perfect for on-site viewings, allowing you to see whether the piece of furniture will fit in the property.
Your scanned property can be used not only in the physical space: it is also converted into a 3D object that can be placed in the digital twin of the property. This allows you to take the time after a viewing to furnish the property according to your wishes.
As a real estate agent or developer, let your prospective buyers create their own personalized digital listing – with a dedicated prospective buyer login and our smart furniture scanning function, personalizing the space in the 3D model or in our AI renderings is quick and easy.
By allowing prospective buyers to drag and drop their furniture and furnishings into a 3D model, there’s a good chance they’ll feel even more at home in the property and be more likely to make a purchase. The interactive configuration is entirely up to the prospective buyer (or even the interior designer).
