This allows prospective buyers to view the property around the clock, regardless of appointments with a real estate agent and without having to travel there.
Our integrated dollhouse and floor plan make navigation incredibly easy. The 360° tour thus becomes an innovative way to view a property digitally and offers the perfect complement to the customizable 3D model.
While our 3D models offer the possibility of accurately representing the property and even virtually furnishing it with furniture and other items, the 360° tour provides a complete view of the actual property. Here, the property is primarily depicted as it would appear during a viewing.
It is also possible to take photos from different perspectives of the captured space. These can then be optionally edited using our photo enhancement software for use as promotional photos.
As with our 3D model, our 360° tours also aim to showcase more of the property before an actual viewing. The more comprehensively potential buyers can familiarize themselves with the property beforehand, the more qualified the resulting inquiries will be. The time spent on the tour (and in each room) is also measured in our data monitoring system.
Guided tours can also be created using the first-person view of our 3D model. You can define individual waypoints or allow complete freedom of movement within the space. This is particularly useful for new construction projects where there are no actual panoramic images yet for our 360° function, but you still want to experience the building in an immersive view.
