Your areas of responsibility
Sales & Strategic Development
- Take strategic responsibility for sales activities and processes at Realitiq
- Develop ambitious and realistic sales targets as well as innovative strategies for market positioning
- Actively shape the long-term growth strategy in close coordination with management
Customer Relationships & Networking
- Build new and long-term customer relationships with decision-makers in the real estate and software industries and maintain existing contacts
- Proactively identify and develop new business areas and sales potential (cold calling)
Team Leadership & Development
- Build a sales team and lead it to peak performance
- Set clear goals, provide regular coaching, and ensure the team’s continuous development
Collaboration & Interface Management
- Work closely with product management and marketing to ensure customer-oriented products
- Coordinate and optimize processes between sales, product development, and marketing

Required Skills & Experience
Your Must-Haves
- Solid sales experience in the real estate and/or software industry
- Proven leadership experience with successful sales teams
- Strong strategic skills paired with operational implementation competence
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with digital sales tools and CRM systems
- Knowledge of SaaS sales or real estate technology
- Training/experience as a real estate agent or developer
Soft Skills & Additional Requirements
- Strong ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm for technological innovation

- Revolutionary real estate visualization with advanced AI technology and user-friendly applications
- Utilizing state-of-the-art technologies such as 3D visualizations, augmented reality (AR), and automated AI support
- Integration into existing systems, complemented by comprehensive databases and AI-powered processes
The actual salary will be agreed upon based on professional experience and qualifications. The minimum starting salary for this position is € 55,000 gross (full-time), depending on qualifications and education.
