Your Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition & Sales

  • Identify new business opportunities in the real estate and software industries and proactively build a sustainable customer base
  • Build your own network and continuously generate leads
  • Conduct product presentations (online & in-person)
  • Responsibility for the entire sales cycle until closing

Customer Relationships & Market Development

  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and partners
  • Continuously monitor market trends and identify new sales potential early on
  • Position Realitiq as an innovative technology leader in the market

Market & Product Feedback

  • Gather customer requirements and feedback from conversations
  • Exchange information with product management and marketing to address customer needs

Close teamwork

  • Coordination with marketing & product development for efficient processes
  • Maintaining all activities in the CRM system
  • Support at events, trade fairs, and campaigns

SUCCESS WITH THE RIGHT SKILLS
Required Skills & Experience

Your Must-Haves

  • Relevant experience in B2B sales, ideally in the real estate, PropTech, or software industries
  • Proven track record of success in new customer acquisition and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High level of self-motivation, a hands-on mentality, and enjoyment of direct customer interaction
  • Very good German and good English skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with CRM tools and digital sales processes
  • Knowledge of SaaS sales or real estate/3D technologies

Soft Skills & Additional Requirements

  • Strong ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English

  • Revolutionary real estate visualization with advanced AI technology and user-friendly applications
  • Utilizing state-of-the-art technologies such as 3D visualizations, augmented reality (AR), and automated AI support

The actual salary will be agreed upon based on professional experience and qualifications. The minimum starting salary for this position is €50,000 gross (full-time), depending on qualifications and education.
